This course will give you everything you need to know to have a thriving, healthy and happy pregnancy – and beyond. The approach is holistic – I provide not just a series of simple and effective foam roller workout routines, but also the mindfulness practices, nutrition tips and body awareness information you need for every stage of your pregnancy to help you bring the miracle of new life into this world.
