TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENT
Weigh yourself and measure your height, waist, hips, chest, upper arms, thighs and calves. This is going to be your baseline - but don’t worry, because things are about to look up!)
DO A KITCHEN DETOX
Toss out all fake foods and refined sugars: it can’t tempt you if it isn’t in the house!
BUY A FOAM ROLLER
The Lo Roxburgh Signature 36" Foam Roller is ideal for this program, (but any medium density foam roller will also work)
CONSIDER RECOMMENDED SUPPLEMENTS
