Is there a Lo Rox Studio app?

Yes. The Lo Rox Studio is available as an app for iPhone and Android, plus TV apps for Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV and Android TV. Once you start your trial, you'll receive login credentials via email to access the app.

Do I need equipment to get started?

No. Many workouts require no equipment at all. As you go deeper into the Method, a foam roller is highly recommended since many sequences use it. You can start without any tools and add equipment as you progress.

What equipment does Lauren recommend?

Lauren uses foam rollers (large and travel-sized), rebounder, Body Sphere, Aligned Domes, and Infinity Roll. She highly recommends starting with at least a full-sized foam roller. The rebounder is the biggest investment for cardio work. You can visit the shop here for more information.

What are the 5 core modalities?

Roll (foam rolling), Bodywork (specialized tools), Bounce (rebounding), Flow (somatic exercises and breathwork), and Glow (sound healing, meditation, vibrational practices).
