No. Many workouts require no equipment at all. As you go deeper into the Method, a foam roller is highly recommended since many sequences use it. You can start without any tools and add equipment as you progress.
Lauren uses foam rollers (large and travel-sized), rebounder, Body Sphere, Aligned Domes, Infinity Roll, and Body Toning Loop. She highly recommends starting with at least a full-sized foam roller.
