Lauren will be teaching a foam rolling class at the Great Jane Retreat – a progressive retreat for mama entrepreneurs taking place May 20 to 22nd in magical Ojai, California. The Great Jane name comes from two notions: the great divide between mothering and having a career and the notion that all women (the every Jane) want to be inspired and inspiring.
