The 4 Pillars Of The Taller Slimmer Younger Transformation

Let's talk "Taller, Slimmer, Younger Transformation Program." There are four main pillars to this emersion:

 

1. MOVE – 10 Weekly progressive workouts on the roller

2. NOURISH – 21-Day Detoxifying Meal Plan with tips and ways to be connect with your body

3. CLEANSE – Detox Flush with tools to cleanse and rejuvenate on every level

4. CONNECT – Becoming a part of the Aligned Tribe

The reason I created this program with four pillars is to create a holistic transformation from the inside out. This system is structure and a purpose that is easy to follow and you simply cannot have a complete transformation of one without the other.

So, to have 10 videos in this program (one for each week) will take you step by step and move by move through each workout. And because you can’t exercise your way out of bad diet I have also added the same Meal Plan and recipes. Then for those who really want to reboot their bodies, I’ve added a detox flush. All of which are your secret weapons to flush toxins, rev up the lymphatic system and boost circulation. It’s basically a cleanse for your entire being!

Then lastly, throughout the Program you’ll be leaning on your new friends. The ‘Aligned Tribe’ are going to support you, cheer you on and keep you accountable as you complete your own transformation. This is all about community and social / emotional connection – finding friends across the whole world to inspire and motivate each other and I’ll be checking in with you all through the Facebook page each week!

1. MOVE

I’ve created a holistic, stress reducing movement system using the foam roller to give you a total body-cleansing workout that heals, hydrates and restores your fascia, clears your mind and strengthens your entire system. It only takes 20 minutes and will help oxygenate your blood reduce inflammation and flush your lymphatic system. The exciting part about this 10-week course is that each week you will be delivered a new session to do at the minimum of 3 times that week (you can do it more if you want!) Why is this system unique or effective? Well each week the new sequence will be delivered to your inbox a progressive video sequence, focusing on a different area of the body as an evolution form the session before. What makes me so thrilled is that this is completely based on the way I do sessions with my private clients and IT REALLY WORKS!!!! We now have case studies to prove what I’ve known for years I am so incredibly grateful for you and your interest in my course and I am so happy that many of you will be joining me and our TSY Transformation Community. 2. NOURISH

I love the word “Nourish” because it makes me think of feeding our souls and satisfying our bodies and vibration at a cellular level. Deeply nourishing your body and feeding your fascia helps you heal from the inside out which is what creates a vibrance and reveals a stunning healthy glow.  I’m so honored to have had the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and mega smart author of The Bone Broth Miracle by Ariane Resnick to create a game changing and energy boosting TSY Transformation Meal Plan that will nourish all of your senses, restore and beautify you from the inside out! These recipes contain what I call fascia super foods, everything from bone broth for its amino acids and collagen, to citrus and peppers for their high vitamin C content, to herbs that boost metabolism, minerals to decrease inflammation, to high fiber chia seeds for gut health – all of which are required for your body to make collagen and will help heal and restore your skin, fascia and all tissues. The reason collagen is important is it contributes to your gut health which is essential to help you better absorb nutrients. Too often in our modern lives our digestive systems aren’t in tip top shape, and that can have an impact on how well we absorb the nutrients we consume. Detoxifying our systems is important because life exposes us to toxins in the form of environmental pollutants, cancer-causing chemicals, preservatives, pesticides, heavy metals, and industrial waste all of which can build up in our systems. The body naturally removes impurities from the blood in the liver, where toxins are processed for elimination. We also eliminate toxins through our kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin. However, when these systems are stressed and compromised, impurities aren’t properly filtered and toxins are stored in tissues and cells throughout the body which leads to congestion which stagnates our metabolism, makes us feel grumpy, exhausted and lowers our immune system and can even lead to major dis-ease. This Detox Flush will help your body mobilize these toxins more efficiently so that your body can eliminate them in a safe, natural and effective way. 

The Detox Flush combines some of my favorite things that you can do at home, and for the most part that cost you very little, such as celery juice, dry brushing, rolling, rebounding, infrared sauna session or taking magnesium salt baths, and drinking charcoal.
